All personal classifieds are free of charge and corporate advertisements are subject to charges, being such segmentation at the sole discretion of the website. 3. The website does not directly endorse its announcers, personal or corporate, in any way other than providing advertising space. 4. Only the respective announcers shall be liable for the classifieds and ads they upload into the website. 5. All opinions produced by official collaborators of the website are free and independent from its announcers. 6. Although we strive to provide information as accurate as possible, such information is merely for reference and does not in any way replace consulting its source. 7. The website shall not be liable for any defects or interruption in the provision of its services, but shall seek to provide its services as agreed with the announcers. 8. For any disputes the law in force in Macau shall be applicable and Macau courts shall have the jurisdiction.

Announcers shall be liable for the respective classifieds they upload into the website. 3. The website is not liable for the contents nor provision of services/products offered or implied by any classified. 4. The website can choose not to upload a particular classified at its discretion and for whichever reasons it deems justifiable. 5. If necessary, the website can choose to limit the number of free classifieds uploaded by each user. 6. For all and any matters or disputes the decision of the website shall be final. 7. By uploading a classified, the announcer fully and unconditionally accepts these terms & conditions.
SECTION III - ADS TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. macauclassifieds.com provides advertising space for corporate customers. 2. The price for ads shall be sent to customers by e-mail and the ad will be uploaded as soon as possible after payment. 3. Announcers shall be liable for the respective ads they upload into the website. 4. The website is not liable for the contents nor provision of services/products offered or implied by any ad. 5. The website can choose not to upload a particular ad at its discretion and for whichever reasons it deems justifiable, and any payment made shall be returned. 6. If necessary, the website can choose to limit the number of ads per customer. 6. For all and any matters or disputes the decision of the website shall be final. 7. By uploading an ad, the announcer fully and unconditionally accepts these terms & conditions.
